In only 30 minutes, create a restaurant quality soup with sauteed vegetables and Tilapia Fillets.

Preparation Time: 10 min; Cook Time: 30 min



Spray a medium non-stick skillet with non-stick spray and saute 1/2 garlic, onion, celery, carrots, cabbage and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Add broth, water, ketchup, bay leaf, cover and simmer 10-15 minutes over low heat.

Add green beans, zucchini, Gorton's Signature Grilled Tilapia Fillets, salt and pepper, cover, simmer 10-15 minutes more over low heat, stirring frequently to break fish into smaller pieces and enjoy!
