Quick and Easy Crockpot Queso

Ingredients

2 packages (7.6 ounce) Yancey's Fancy Hatch Chile cheddar cheese

1 1/2 - 2 cups half and half

If you want spicier queso, just add:

2 cans (4 ounce each) diced green chiles

Directions:

Shred Yancey's Fancy Hatch Chile Cheddar.

Combine cheese with half and half in a crock pot and mix together.

Set crockpot to high power and let warm for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

For spicier queso, add two 4 ounce cans of drained diced green chiles.
