Apple Pecan Mixed Green Salad

What a mixed green salad should be --the perfect medley of textures and tastes tossed together in just minutes. Apple, roasted pecans, goat cheese, and more.

Yield: 4 servings

Preparation Time: 10 min

Ingredients

1 package (5 ounce) mixed greens

1 organic Granny Smith apple, sliced

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/4 cup thin wedges organic red onion

1/3 cup chopped sea salt roasted pecans

1/3 cup crumbled goat cheese

1/4 cup dried cranberries

organic honey mustard dressing

Directions:

Wash greens and drain well. Toss apple slices with lemon juice. Place greens in large serving bowl, top with apple slices, red onion, pecans, goat cheese and cranberries.

Toss lightly and serve with honey mustard dressing.
