Simple Slow Cooker Three Bean Vegetarian Chili

Ingredients

3/4 cup organic Full Circle Vegetable Broth

1 cup chopped onion

1/4 cup chopped seeded jalapeno pepper (2 peppers)

2 teaspoons Tops Chili Powder

2 teaspoons ground cumin

2 teaspoons Tops Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon Tops salt

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 cans (15 ounce each) Full Circle Kidney Beans, rinsed and drained

1 can (15 ounce) Full Circle Cannellini Beans, rinsed and drained

1 can (15 ounce) Full Circle Garbanzo Beans, rinsed and drained

1 can (28 ounce) Full Circle Diced Tomatoes, undrained

Serve With:

Shredded Cheese

Saltine crackers

Directions:

Combine first 12 ingredients in a 6-quart electric slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW setting for 8 hours.

Top with shredded cheese and serve with crackers.
