All American Pork Burger

Yield: 4 servings

Preparation Time: 5 min; Cook Time: 15 min

Ingredients

1 package (16 ounce) Smithfield or Farmland Fresh Ground Pork

2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 1/2 teaspoons steak seasoning blend

4 sandwich buns

4 slices American or cheddar cheese

4 leaves lettuce

4 slices tomato

8 slices Smithfield or Farmland Bacon, cooked crisp and drained

Directions:

Heat gas or charcoal grill to medium. Combine ground pork, Worcestershire sauce and steak seasoning; mix well.

Shape into 4 (1-inch thick) patties. Grill burgers approximately 15 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F, turning every 5 minutes.

Serve on buns topped with cheese, lettuce, tomato and bacon.
