Ingredients

Atlanta Hot Lanta Slider ingredients:

2 packages King's Hawaiian Original Hawaiian Sweet Pre-Sliced Slider Buns

2 1/4 cups pulled pork

3 tablespoons softened butter

1 bottle Tabasco

Pimento Cheese ingredients:

4 ounces cream cheese

1 cup shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

1/8 teaspoon onion powder

2 ounces diced pimentos drained

Directions:

STEP 1: To make the pimento cheese: Soften cream cheese in the microwave for 20 seconds. Stir in cheddar, mayo, garlic powder, onion powder, and pimentos.

STEP 2: Heat pulled pork till hot.

STEP 3: Spread butter in the inside top and bottom of slider buns and griddle till a light golden brown.

STEP 4: Warm pimento cheese in microwave for 20 seconds.

STEP 5: Top bottom bun with 2 Tbsp. of pimento cheese, top with 1/8 cup pulled pork, and 7 shakes of Tabasco.
