Berry Twinkie Trifle
Yield: 8 servings
Preparation Time: 15 min; Refrigerate: 1 hr
Ingredients
| 2 | cups | sliced fresh strawberries | |

|||
| 1 | teaspoon | sugar | |
|
|
|||
| 4 | Twinkies, cut into bite size pieces | ||
|
|
|||
| 1 | container | (8 ounce) whipped topping | |
|
|
|||
| 8 | whole strawberries for final topping | ||
|
|
|||
Directions:
Place sliced strawberries in a glass bowl and sprinkle with sugar. Mix with a spoon and set aside.
Using eight individual glasses, fill with half of the Twinkies, half of the whipped topping, and all of the sliced strawberries, repeat with the remaining Twinkies, whipped topping and finish with 1 whole strawberry on top of each.
Refrigerate for an hour and serve cold.
