Sabra Fig and Prosciutto Flatbread


Yield: 2 servings

Preparation Time: 10 min



Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Spread hummus and fig jam over the top of the flatbread or naan.

Top with prosciutto and cheese.

Bake on a lower oven rack for 10 to 12 minutes or until crispy and browned. Remove from oven.

Scatter arugula on top of flatbread and add pine nuts.

Season with salt and pepper if desired.
