King Crab Royale

Yield: Makes 4 servings



1. Preheat the broiler. Rinse crab legs; pat dry with paper towels. Cut crab legs into 2½-to 3-inch pieces. For easier serving remove crab meat from shells, cut into bite-size pieces and return to shells, if desired.

2. In a small bowl stir together butter, lemon juice, parsley, onion, garlic, tarragon and hot pepper sauce. Brush over crab.

3. Place crab legs, shell-side down, on the broiler pan rack. Broil 4 to 5 inches from the heat for 3 to 4 minutes or until heated through, brushing occasionally with butter mixture.
