One Pan Potatoes and Chicken

Yield: 4 servings



Heat oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add potatoes, chicken and bell pepper to skillet. Sprinkle with garlic salt.

Cook 15-20 minutes, stirring frequently, until chicken is no longer pink in center and potatoes are tender.
