Jingle Bell Rocks
Festive triple chocolate cookies
Yield: Makes 5 dozen cookies
Ingredients
| 1 | box | brownie mix with flavoring packet | |

| 2 | eggs | ||
|
|
|||
| 1/3 | cup | vegetable oil | |
|
|
|||
| 2 | tablespoons | water | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | cup | (6 oz.) semisweet chocolate chips | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | cup | (6 oz.) white chocolate chips | |
|
|
|||
| 3/4 | cup | chopped walnuts | |
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | cup | confectioners' sugar | |
|
|
|||
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large bowl, stir together brownie mix and flavoring packet, eggs, oil, and water just until blended. Stir in both types of chocolate chips and the walnuts.
Drop by rounded teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 9 minutes until firm. Transfer to wire racks to cool. Dust the cookies with confectioners' sugar.
