Breyers® Peppermint Ice Cream Sandwiches

Ingredients
| 6 | peppermint candy canes | ||

| 3 | cups | Breyers® Natural Vanilla Ice Cream | |

|||
| 12 | large chocolate cookies | ||

Directions:
Place unwrapped candy canes into a large resealable plastic bag; seal bag. Use a rolling pin to crush candies into small pieces.
Evenly scoop Breyers Natural Vanilla Ice Cream on bottoms of 6 cookies, then firmly press on remaining cookies, bottom-side-down.
Place candy pieces on plate. Roll sides of sandwiches in candy and serve immediately.
