CantaGold Pomegranate Basil Salsa

Ingredients

1 juiced lemon

1/3 cup olive oil

1 tablespoon honey

salt

pepper

4 cups diced CantaGold Melon

1 cup pomegranate arils

1/3 cup chopped basil

Serve on the side for dipping:

cooked bacon strips

tortilla strips

Directions:

Mix lemon juice, olive oil and honey with salt and pepper to make vinaigrette.

Pour the vinaigrette over diced CantaGold melon, pomegranate arils and chopped basil.

Serve with bacon strips or tortilla chips on the side for dipping.
