Remove LaClare Original Goat Cheese from wrapper and allow to soften to room temperature.
Reserve 2 Tbsp. of the cranberries. Next combine remaining cranberries and nuts with goat cheese. Mix together and form into a ball. Gently roll your goat cheese in remaining cranberries.
Set the festive goat cheese ball on a platter and surround with all your favorite crackers, crostini, and veggies. Sprinkle with cinnamon or drizzle with honey.
