Pumpkin Spice Apple Cider Smoothie

Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients

1 large New York apple, cored and chopped

1-2 teaspoons raw apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon pumpkin spice, or equal parts cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger

1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds

1/2 cup canned pumpkin

1 teaspoon maple syrup

1 cup ice

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender.

Pour into a chilled glass and serve!
