Casa Azul Guacamole

Ingredients

5 avocados

2 ounces fresh lime juice

1 tablespoon salt

2 diced roma tomatoes

2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

1/2 diced vidalia onion

1 jalapeno, seeded and small diced

Directions:

In a bowl, cut avocados and mash together with lime juice and salt.

Fold in chopped tomato, cilantro, onion and jalapeno (don't over mash, keep Guacamole somewhat chunky).

Taste and season with more lime / salt / cilantro as needed.
