Strawberry Shortcake Tarts

Ingredients

1 container Belgioioso Mascarpone Cheese

16 mini shortbread or phyllo tart shells

8 strawberries, thinly sliced

honey

fresh mint

Directions:

Stir mascarpone. Pipe or spoon mascarpone into tart shells. Top with strawberries. Drizzle with honey. Garnish with mint.
