Hot Crab and Asiago Dip

Asiago cheese is named after a small town in northern Italy. Its flavor varies from buttery mild to robust, depending on age.

Ingredients

1 package (8 ounces) Tops cream cheese - Wisconsin Made, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

8 ounces Tops asiago cheese - Wisconsin Made, shredded (2 cups)

8 ounces lump crabmeat

1 cup diced celery

1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning

Shaved celery

Lemon Zest

Assorted crackers

Directions:

Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

Beat cream cheese and sour cream in a bowl until blended. Stir in the asiago, crabmeat, celery and Old Bay Seasoning.

Spoon into a greased 1-quart baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly. Garnish with shaved celery and lemon zest. Serve with crackers.
