|2||packages||(7.6 ounce) Yancey's Fancy Hatch Chile cheddar cheese|
|1 1/2 - 2||cups||half and half|
|If you want spicier queso, just add:|
|2||cans||(4 ounce each) diced green chiles|
Shred Yancey's Fancy Hatch Chile Cheddar.
Combine cheese with half and half in a crock pot and mix together.
Set crockpot to high power and let warm for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
For spicier queso, add two 4 ounce cans of drained diced green chiles.
