Garden Greek Hummus Dip

Looking for a new way to entertain with the fresh flavors of the Mediterranean? This Greek-inspired hummus dip is easy to prepare and always a hit. Serve with toasty pita chips.

Yield: Serves 8-10

Ingredients

1 container family-size hummus (about 16 ounces)

1/2 cup crumbled DeLallo Imported Greek Feta

1 container (7 ounce) DeLallo Jumbo Pitted Calamata Olives Ready Pack, drained and chopped

1/4 cup chopped DeLallo Roasted Red Peppers

1/4 cup DeLallo Whole Mild Pepperoncini

1 large tomato, diced

1 small cucumber, diced

1 tablespoon fresh chopped oregano or dill

Directions:

Spread an even layer of hummus along the bottom of a clear, shallow serving dish. Sprinkle hummus with feta, olives, red peppers, pepperoncini, tomato and cucumber. Garnish with fresh oregano and serve with pita.
