Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease large ovenproof baking dish. Prepare spaghetti according to package directions; drain. Set aside.

In large saucepan over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add onion and mushrooms. Cook 5 to 7 minutes or until softened; stirring occasionally. Stir in sherry and cook until reduced by half.

Add cream cheese and stir until melted. Stir in broth. Add turkey, peas, bacon, and spaghetti; stir until combined. Spoon into baking dish.

In small bowl combine breadcrumbs and cheese. Sprinkle over turkey mixture. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until hot. Sprinkle with green onions before serving.
