Sabra Smoked Salmon Toast

Ingredients

1 slice bread (hearty sourdough, dense German style or your favorite bread)

2 tablespoons Sabra Classic Hummus

6 slices cucumber

2 slices (about 1 ounce) smoked salmon

1 teaspoon capers

Optional ingredients:

chopped hard boiled egg

chopped parsley

chopped red onion

Directions:

Toast bread. Place on a serving plate.

Spread Sabra Classic Hummus on toast.

Place cucumber slices on top of hummus.

Place salmon on top of cucumbers.

Garnish with chopped capers and any of the optional ingredients.

This recipe may also be made with a bagel.
