Sabra Hummus Rancheros Toast

Yield: 1 serving

Preparation Time: 15 min

Ingredients

1 slice sourdough bread or your favorite bread

2 tablespoons Sabra Classic or Supremely Spicy Hummus

1/4 cup canned chickpeas, drained

1/4 cup salsa

1 tablespoon sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped

fresh squeezed lime juice, optional

Directions:

Toast sliced bread until just crispy. Set aside.

Spread Sabra Classic or Supremely Spicy Hummus over toasted bread.

Heat a medium-small pan over medium heat. Add chickpeas and salsa and simmer 3 to 4 minutes.

Remove chickpeas and salsa from heat and pour over hummus toast.

Garnish with optional fresh lime juice.
