Ingredients

3 pounds boneless country style pork ribs, trimmed

1 package McCormick Slow Cookers Fiesta Chicken Seasoning Mix

1/2 cup orange juice

16 corn tortillas or 16 (6 inch) flour tortillas

Directions:

Place pork in slow cooker.

Mix Seasoning Mix and orange juice until blended. Pour over pork. Cover.

Cook 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH. Remove pork from slow cooker.

Shred pork, using 2 forks. Return pork to slow cooker; mix well. Spoon into tortillas. Serve with desired toppings.

Serve with assorted toppings such as chopped onion, cilantro, lime wedges, avocado slices or sour cream.
