Sun-Dried Tomato and Tonno Orecchiette

Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients

1 package (12 ounce) Culinary Tours Orecchiette (uncooked)

1 Tablespoon Culinary Tours Spanish Extra Virgin Olive Oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1/2 cup Culinary Tours Half Cut Sun-Dried Tomatoes, drained

5 ounces white Italian tuna in olive oil, drained

1 jar (23 ounces) your choice of Culinary Tours Pasta Sauce

1/2 cup flat leaf parsley, chopped and loosely packed

Garnish with:

Zest of one fresh lemon

Directions:

Cook Culinary Tours Orecchiette as directed on package; drain.

Meanwhile, heat Culinary Tours Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil, garlic and pepper flakes in large skillet on medium heat. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until garlic is fragrant and begins to soften.

Add Culinary Tours Half Cut Sun-Dried Tomatoes , tuna and Culinary Tours Pasta Sauce. Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until heated through.

Stir in hot cooked pasta and parsley. Top each serving with a bit of freshly zested lemon.
