Mexican Style Grilled Corn

Summertime = grill time! Try this simple yet flavorful classic Mexican Grilled Corn recipe.

Yield: 8 appetizers

Ingredients

4 ears corn

1/2 stick butter

1 container (8 ounce) sour cream

1 package Ortega Taco Seasoning Mix

cilantro, for topping

cotija cheese, for topping

Directions:

Shuck and clean fresh ears of corn.

Rub with butter, place on grill and cook until preferred doneness.

Mix sour cream with taco seasoning and spread onto grilled ears of corn.

Garnish with cilantro and cotija cheese (optional).

Tips:
Dip chips into leftover spread for a super flavorful dip.
