| -Sesame oil | |||

|

| -Soy sauce | |||

| Sriracha Mayonnaise (Sririacha mixed with mayonnaise) | |||

| Lettuce (Boston leaf) | |||

| Cilantro | |||
|
|
|||
| Red Onion, sliced | |||
|
|
|||
| Red Pepper Rings | |||
|
|
|||
| Cucumbers (sliced thin) | |||

| Peanut Sauce - optional | |||

|
|||
Directions:
Spray cold grate of grill with grilling spray or nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill for medium heat.
Add chives, garlic, sesame oil, and soy sauce to the ground chicken before forming into patties. Grill burgers to desired doneness.
To assemble: spread bottom bun with Sriracha mayonnaise, lettuce, cilantro, burger, red onion, red pepper, cucumber, more cilantro and spread peanut sauce (optional) on the top bun
