Crumbly Blue Cheese Burger

Ingredients

Ground beef

Sweet Onion, Vidalia or Walla-Walla) (coarsely chopped onion, brown sugar and butter)

Mayonnaise

Blue Cheese (roquefort or gorgonzola)

Toasted Sesame Roll (with garlic and butter)

Directions:

Spray cold grate of grill with grilling spray or nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill for medium heat. Grill burgers to desired doneness.

Wrap chopped onion, brown sugar and butter in heavy duty foil and fold to make a pouch. Place on the grill next to the burgers during the last 5 minutes of cooking.

To assemble: on the bottom bun spread mayonnaise, burger, blue cheese, caramelized onion and top bun.
