Peppers and Salsa Burger

Ingredients

Ground Beef

Sliced Peppers (jalapeno, poblano, banana peppers)

Dry Mexican Cheese (cotija, queso-fresco, manchego)

Salsa or Pico de Gallo (tomato, onion, garlic, green bell pepper, cilantro, tomatillo)

Ciabatta Roll, French Roll or Crusty Cheese Roll

Directions:

Spray cold grate of grill with grilling spray or nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill for medium heat. Grill burgers to desired doneness.

To assemble: on the bottom bun add sliced peppers, dry Mexican cheese, burger, pico de gallo and top bun.
