Barbecue Sausage Dinner

Yield: 4 servings (about 1 1/2 cups each)

Preparation Time: 10 min; Cook Time: 35 min; Total Time: 45 min

Ingredients

1 package (14 ounces) Hillshire Farm Polska Kielbasa, cut into 1/4- inch slices

2 Tablespoons vegetable oil

1 package (20 ounces) refrigerated red potato wedges or refrigerated diced potatoes

1 green bell pepper, chopped

1 can (8.75 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained

1/2 cup barbecue sauce

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions:

Heat oil in large non-stick skillet over medium heat until hot. Add potatoes, cover and cook 15 minutes, stirring frequently.

Add sausage and green pepper; cover and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Gently stir in corn, barbecue sauce and black pepper. Cook until heated through, about 2 to 3 minutes.
