Italian Parmesan Pork Tenderloin

1 package (6 ounce) Fresh Take Italian Parmesan Recipe Cheese and Breadcrumb Mix

2 (2 pounds) pork tenderloins, trimmed

2 teaspoons olive oil

Directions:

Heat oven to 400 degrees F

Open Fresh Take bag and combine contents. Brush meat with oil; lightly press cheese mixture onto all sides of tenderloin. Place tenderloins side by side in foil lined 13x9- inch pan.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until done (internal temp. 145 degrees F). Let stand 3 minutes before slicing.
