|1||jar||(16 oz.) pepperoncini peppers|
|1||lb.||mozzarella cheese, sliced in 1/4 inch slices|
|1||roasted bell pepper, drained and coarsley chopped|
Coarsely chop pepperoncini peppers to measure 2/3 cup. Measure out 3 tablespoons liquid from jar of pepperoncini. Arrange mozzarella slices in circle on serving plate. Drizzle with pepperoncini liquid. Arrange pepperoncini and bell pepper on cheese slices. Serve with crackers.
