One Pan Roasted Chicken Drumsticks and Vegetables

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F

2. In a bowl, whisk the balsamic vinegar, oil, and garlic, then season to taste with salt and pepper.

3. Coat the chicken and sweet potatoes with half of the olive oil mixture.

4. Place the chicken and sweet potatoes on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and roast for about 15 minutes.

5. In a large bowl, combine the vegetables and the remaining olive oil mixture and toss until well-covered.

6. Add the vegetable mix to the drumsticks and sweet potatoes, and continue to bake for another 15 to 20 minutes.

7. Garnish with fresh sprigs of rosemary.
