Monster Dunk Sliders

Yield: 18 servings

Ingredients

2 packages Kings Hawaiian Original Sweet Pretzel Pre-Sliced Slider Buns

3 tablespoons softened butter

2 (1/2 inch thick) ribeye steaks

pinch kosher salt to taste

pinch cracked black pepper to taste

1 jar (12 ounce) Au Jus gravy

1 tub crispy fried onions

36 slices cheddar cheese

Horsey Sauce Ingredients:

7 tablespoons sour cream

4 tablespoons horseradish

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Dunking Sauce: Au Jus

Directions:

Step 1:
Spread butter on the inside top and bottom of KINGS HAWAIIAN Sweet Pretzel Pre-Sliced Slider Buns and griddle till a light golden brown.

Step 2:
Season steaks with salt and pepper to taste and cook until desired temperature. Rest steaks for 5 minutes.

Step 3:
To make Horsey Sauce, mix sour cream, horseradish, and Worcestershire together.

Step 4:
Thinly slice ribeye.

Step 5:
Spread Horsey Sauce inside the bottom and top of buns.

Step 6:
Place 1 square of cheese on top of sauce and top with sliced steak.

Step 7:
Top steak with 1 square of cheese and crispy onions.

Step 8:
Heat Au Jus gravy and fill 6 ramekins with 2 oz each.

Step 9:
DUNK IT.
