White Chocolate Cherry Cream Pie

Yield: 8 servings

Preparation Time: 10 min; Chill: 2 hours

Ingredients

1 (9 inch) chocolate cookie crust

1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sugar

1 teaspoon almond extract

1/2 cup white chocolate chips

1 package (8 ounce) frozen whipped topping, thawed

1 can (21 ounce) LUCKY LEAF Regular Premium or Organic Cherry Fruit Filling or Topping

Directions:

Step 1:
Beat cream cheese, sugar and almond extract until smooth in a large bowl.

Step 2:
Melt white chocolate in microwave according to package directions. When melted, pour into cream cheese mixture.

Step 3:
Beat with electric mixer until smooth.

Step 4:
Fold whipped topping into mixture. Pour evenly into crust.

Step 5:
Cover and chill for at least 2 hours, or until ready to serve.

Step 6:
Spoon Lucky Leaf Cherry Pie Filling on top just before serving. Garnish with white chocolate chips if desired.
