Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients

4 ounces The Blue Jay, crumbled

1/4 cup sour cream

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

1-3 tablespoons milk

Directions:

Gently whisk together the blue cheese, sour cream, olive oil, and vinegar.

Add enough milk to thin to desired consistency.

The blue cheese dressing can be made up to four days in advance. Cover and refrigerate.
