Ravioli Lasagna

Preparation Time: 15 min; Cook: 60 min

Ingredients

1 small onion, chopped

1 container fresh mushrooms, sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 pound Italian sausage

1 jar MIDS Sauce, your choice of flavor

1 bag mini cheese ravioli

1 container small cottage cheese

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Saute onions, mushrooms and garlic.

Add sausage and saute till browned, then add MIDS Sauce. If you like a saucy lasagna, use 2 jars.

In 9 x 11 inch baking dish, layer 1/3 sauce, ravioli, cottage cheese and mozzarella cheese. Repeat two times.

Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes, then uncover and bake 15 more minutes. Make sure cheese is melted on top and bubbly.
