Pulled Pork Mango Avocado Tacos

Ingredients

small pork shoulder (5 pounds)

1 mango

1 avocado

1/2 cup purple cabbage

fresh cilantro

cayenne pepper

corn tortillas

Directions:

Roast pork roast until meat falls part. Shred. Season with salt and pepper. Add bbq sauce.

Peel both mango and avocado and cube into half inch squares. Shred half cup of purple cabbage into thin slices.

Dice cilantro. Mix with cabbage, avocado and mango. Add a sprinkle of cayenne pepper and stir.

In tortilla shell, add layer of bbq pulled pork, avocado mango mix and Sadie's Relish on top and RELISH EVERYTHING.
