Mexican Burger

Yield: 4 servings

Preparation Time: 5 min; Cook Time: 15 min

Ingredients

4 Schweid and Sons 5.3 ounce Burger patties

1 container guacamole

1 container pico de gallo

1/2 cup jalapenos, sliced

4 buns

Directions:

Preheat grill or pan to medium-high heat. Season Schweid and Sons patties lightly with salt and pepper.

Grill patties 6-7 minutes per side or until desired doneness.

Open buns and spread guacamole on bottom. Place Burger on top of guacamole. Top with pico de gallo and jalapeno slices. Add top bun.
