Classic Fish Tacos with Avocado Sauce

Nothing beats classic fish tacos. Except when you make them with Gorton's Fish Sticks. Pickled red onions, queso fresco, and a delicious avocado sauce make this classic dish worth coming back to, time and time again.

Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients

1 corn tortilla

1/4 cup lettuce

2 tablespoons black beans

2 Gorton's Fish Sticks

1 tablespoon queso fresco

1 tablespoon pickled red onion

avocado cream (2 tablespoons) (made by mixing equal parts of sour cream and smashed avocado)

sour cream

avocado

Directions:

1. Add lettuce, black beans to the corn tortilla.

2. Prepare Gortons Fish Sticks according to package directions.

3. Add 2 fish sticks on top of the lettuce and beans.

4. Top with crumbled queso fresco and red onion.

5. Drizzle with avocado cream.
