Decorating a beautiful cake doesn't have to be complicated or cost a fortune. Decorate your Valentine's Day cake with KIT KAT Bars to really show that you care. Then add a sweet chocolate message using a plastic sandwich bag and melted HERSHEYS Milk Chocolate Chips.

Preparation Time: 15 min; Bake Time: 30 min; Cool Time: 1 hour 30 min



Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour two 9-inch heart shaped baking pans.

Stir together sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt in large bowl. Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla; beat on medium speed of mixer 2 minutes. Stir in boiling water (batter will be thin). Pour batter into prepared pans.

Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans to wire racks. Cool completely. Frost with pink frosting.

Cut KIT KAT® Bars into sticks along the natural breaking points. Arrange the sections along the outside of the cake.

Fill center section with Chocolate Letters and Words message or other decorations.

Plastic food storage bags can be used without the writing tips. Simply fill bag and then snip off a very small section of one bag corner.
