Breakfast Sheet Pan Meal

Ingredients

1 DOLE® Lemon Parmesan Sheet Pan Meal Starter Kit

1/2 cup chopped, cooked turkey bacon

4 eggs or egg whites

Directions:

Prepare 1 DOLE® Lemon Parmesan Sheet Pan Meal Starter Kit as label directs for just the vegetables, reserving 1/2 the seasoning.

Stir in turkey bacon.

With back of a large spoon, make 4 wells in vegetable mixture.

Crack 1 egg in each well and sprinkle with remaining seasoning.

Bake 8 minutes or until egg whites are cooked through and yolks are slightly soft.

Makes about 3 1/2 cups vegetables.
