Hatfield Touch of Sea Salt Loin Filet with Caramelized Apples and Onions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove loin from packaging and place on a baking sheet.

Roast for 30-35 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F. Let rest for 3 minutes before slicing.

While the loin is roasting, heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet on medium high heat; add onions and saute until translucent (approx. 8-10 minutes) or until golden.

Add the apples; and continue to saute until caramelized.

Season with salt and pepper.
