Heat oven to 400 degrees F.

Prepare stuffing as directed on package; press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate. Bake 10 min. Reduce oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine turkey and cheese; spoon into crust. Beat remaining ingredients with whisk until well blended; pour over turkey mixture.

Bake 30 to 35 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

A quiche dish is a great way to use up fridge leftovers. Chop up extra veggies and add them to the egg mixture before pouring over turkey mixture.
