Details:
The One child per district, with the best or “Most creative” coloring will win free ice cream for one year (52 free coupons), compliments of Edy’s Ice cream.

How the contest works:
- One entry per Child.
- Age limit of 12 years old
- All entries must have Name, Address, and Store #.
- Children of TOPS Market Associates are not eligible to win.
- Entries should be handed into the Customer Service Desk.
