Orchard Perfect fruit is left to ripen under the warm California summer sun until the very last possible moment. Then, and only then, do we hand pick it at the very peak of perfection. From there, the fruit is gently layered by hand into single layer cartons to prevent bruising and shipped immediately at the ideal temperature. Even after the fruit has arrived, we ensure that it’s handled with care and thoroughly checked for quality.
