Tops Playhouse provides a FREE Supervised Play Center as a Convenience to our Customers while Shopping in our Store.

1. Children between three (3) and eight (8) years of age.
2. Parents/guardians must check in their child with room attendant. Only the parent/guardian that checks in the child will be permitted to leave with the child. Only the authorized parent/guardian registered in Tops´ Playhouse database will be allowed to check in the child.
3. Tops´ Playhouse will provide this service for a maximum of ninety (90) minutes as long as the parent/guardian who checks in the child remains within our store. All unattended children will be turned over to Child Protective Services.
4. A maximum of ten (10) children will be allowed in Tops´ Playhouse. Availability will be based on a first come, first serve basis.
5. When you check in, the attendant will issue identification bracelets to both you and your child. You must return this identification to the attendant in order to pick up your child.
6. Please have your child use the restroom facility before visiting Tops´ Playhouse. The attendant will not be responsible for taking your child to the restroom.
7. No food or drink will be allowed in Tops´ Playhouse.
8. If a child is unhappy about visiting Tops´ Payhouse, or if a child becomes ill or unruly while in Tops´ Playhouse, the attendant will page the parent/guardian to come pick up the child. Your cooperation and understanding will be appreciated.
9. Children who are not feeling well will not be permitted to enter Tops´ Playhouse.
10. For the safety of your child, we require that all children visiting Tops´ Playhouse wear shoes. Boots must be removed during winter months.
11. Tops´ Playhouse provides toys and entertainment; therefore, no personal toys or items will be allowed into Tops´ Playhouse.
12. We reserve the right to restrict admittance to Tops´ Playhouse if your child becomes unruly, becomes a threat or health risk to another child.
    While visiting Tops´ Playhouse, the parent/guardian accepts all responsibility for the safety of child and agrees Tops Playhouse is to be held harmless and free of any liability for any possible accident, injury, or illness incurred while visiting Tops´ Playhouse.
