Sweet & Sour Spareribs
This restaurant favorite is easy to prepare at home! Serve with steamed white rice.

INGREDIENTS:
3 lbs pork spareribs (cut into 1 rib pieces)
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
6 ounces pineapple juice
4 garlic cloves, minced finely
2 tablespoons cornstarch
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a large pot, combine soy sauce, garlic, rice wine vinegar, and brown sugar. When sugar is dissolved, add spareribs. Bring to a boil, and simmer for approximately 45 minutes, or until ribs are tender.
Combine pineapple juice & cornstarch, stirring until the mixture is smooth. Add the mixture to the pot, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
