Rib Eye Steak with Olive-Oregano Relish

INGREDIENTS:
1/3 cup drained black brine-cured olives, such as Kalamata
2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
2 teaspoons minced fresh oregano leaves
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
Ground black pepper, to taste
2- 1/2lb rib eye steaks
Crumbled Feta cheese, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat grill. Pit olives and coarsely chop. In a small mixing bowl combine chopped olives, onion, oregano, olive oil, pepper and salt to taste. Pat steak dry and season with salt and pepper. Place steaks on grill. Grill for 5 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165 for medium. Place steaks on plate and tops with relish. Sprinkle Feta cheese on top of relish.
