Chili Elbows

INGREDIENTS:
8 ounces ELBOW MACARONI, uncooked
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cans (14-1/2 ounces each) whole tomatoes
1 can (15.5 ounces) kidney beans, undrained
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. cumin (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Cook elbow macaroni according to package directions; drain. In large skillet or Dutch oven, brown ground beef and onion; drain. Break up tomatoes and add with their liquid. Mix in beans, seasonings and macaroni. Simmer 10 minutes.
